Funding for the free services of the Language Collaborative for Municipal Officials (LCMO) is provided by the Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS), a partner agency to the Tennessee Language Center (TLC). MTAS is proud to sponsor municipal officials who wish to take advantage of this great resource from TLC.

(Please note that students will still have to pay for any materials/textbooks for language classes out of pocket).
