TLC Providing English & Spanish Classes at Royal Canin

Published:

Royal Canin, a division of Mars Inc. with a manufacturing facility in Lebanon, recently enrolled 15 supervisors and managers in two nine-week Spanish courses through TLC. The company also enrolled 14 employees in English classes, giving associates across the facility opportunities to strengthen communication skills.

By investing in language training, Royal Canin is improving efficiency, enhancing workplace safety, and supporting employee growth while helping reduce turnover.

"Offering language courses has been a great way to support the growth and development of our associates," said Reed Williams of Royal Canin. "Being able to support both English and Spanish classes simultaneously has opened up the opportunity to the entire factory. Working with the Tennessee Language Center has also been phenomenal. The flexibility from the instructors to support on-site classes around our 24/7 rotating schedule has been greatly appreciated."

Whether teaching English, Spanish, or another language, TLC partners with organizations across Tennessee to create customized training that helps employees communicate with confidence and businesses thrive.
